Books and CE products are available in soft-cover and E-versions. Individuals who order E-versions or CE Express products will not receive any products by mail.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Easy!


You may order books and CE courses via our online catalog or by contacting our office at 336-282-0668 during normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST). We accept, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments.


ORDER ONLINE: You may order from our website by selecting products for your shopping cart and following the directions to complete the transaction. From our home page, click on the product category you wish to view. The online catalog includes: description of the book or CE course, table of contents, samples pages and course objectives for CE products. You may order a product at any time by clicking on the "Add to Cart" link in the product description. If you need help call 336-282-0668.

FAX: Print an order form. We accept only U.S. funds. Include your credit card information with expiration date, full shipping address and contact phone number on the order form. Be sure to include shipping and handling charges for your order. Fax to 336-288-4924.


PURCHASE ORDERS: Institutional Purchase Orders are accepted. Mail, email or fax (336-288-4924) actual Purchase Order with Accounts Payable contact name and contact number. Please include the charges for shipping and handling or 3rd party shipper account number with type of service preferred. You may also order online using a Purchase Order. HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING?


REGULAR SHIPPING IN USA: Small Orders: We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail. Your order is usually delivered within 3 - 5 days in the Continental US. Shipping and handling are calculated online via USPS according to the weight of your shipment.


RUSH shipping in USA: If you need your products fast, we offer 2nd Day or OVERNIGHT Delivery for an additional fee. Overnight and expedited shipping must be received by 10 AM EST to be shipped that day. Contact our Customer Service staff by phone 336-282-0668 during normal business hours (9 AM- 5PM EST) to place RUSH orders (credit card only).


Large Orders for Colleges and Universities or Bookstores: Please contact us to determine if you qualify for an educational discount. We ship by Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground. Please call for a shipping quote: 336-282-0668 or provide your 3rd party shipper account number and the type of service preferred.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship all International Orders via USPS international Air Mail services. Please email us for a quote at orders@casesoftware.com. Please include the words "shipping quote" under subject.

HOW DO ONLINE CE COURSES WORK?

From the course catalog click on the link for the Continuing Education Courses. To order the course, add it to your cart. Once your order has processed, the screen will show a link to the electronic course. Also, you will be sent an email with the same link.


We offer two options for online CE:


  • CE Express (1-3 hour CE)
  • Traditional CE courses (14-18 hr CE).

All online courses are housed at a Learning Management Site (LMS), Educadium. Select the online CE product and you will be directed to the LMS site to purchase and access the product.


To complete the CE course, read the text, complete ALL the quizzes and case studies and take the competency exam. Users must score a minimum of 70% to receive a Certificate of Completion. You must also complete the Professional Continuing Education Survey. Print your Certificate of Completion for your CDR portfolio.

HOW DO I TAKE A PAPER CE COURSE?


Our current offering of paper courses are 14-18 hr CE. After purchasing one of our courses, you will receive a soft-cover book and CE packet.


To complete the CE course, read the text, complete the quizzes and case studies and take the final competency exam. Mail, email or fax the Professional Continuing Education Survey and answer sheet for the final competency exam. Users must score a minimum of 70% to receive a Certificate of Completion. We will contact you if you score less than 70% on the competency exam. Successful users will receive a Certificate of Completion by email or postal mail.

WHAT IS A MULTI-USER LICENSE?


A multi-user license allows you to share your Online CE course or Softcover CE Course with another RDN/NDTR. You may purchase the multi-user license at the time of the original purchase or within 12 months of original purchase. All users must complete the course within 12 months of the original purchase. Multi-user license is not available for CE Express products or online instructional modules for students.

DOES THE COMMISSION ON DIETETIC REGISTRATION ACCREDIT YOUR COURSES?


Yes! All of our courses are pre-approved for CE credit. Exams postmarked by May 31 count in the current registration year. You are responsible for keeping track of your course completions using the Professional Development Portfolio.

I HAVE TAKEN AN OLDER VERSION OF ONE YOUR COURSES. CAN I TAKE THE NEW VERSION FOR ADDITIONAL CREDIT?


Yes! New editions are new courses! The Commission on Dietetic Registration has determined that revised editions of correspondence courses are considered completely new courses. You may use CE credit from both old and new editions of a course during the same re-certification period, so long as both courses are completed before expiration (the "Complete by" date).

I SEE SOME INTERESTING COURSES THAT ARE NOT PRE-APPROVED FOR MY PROFESSION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


Many professional governing bodies accept non-pre-approved activities or courses through a "petition" process. A member can submit information to request CE credit on an individual basis. Usually, you will have to submit information about the course, our company, objectives of the course, content information and the author's resume. All of this information is found in the course catalog. Click on the course title. Then click on the links available: Contents, Introduction, Objectives, and Author. You may print all of the information to submit to your affiliation.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?


REFUND OR EXCHANGE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us for a refund or exchange. All returned products must be received in the same condition in which they were sent, (books must be shrink wrapped) to receive a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refunded.


Online products are not refundable.


Bookstores may request chargebacks for excess inventory. Contact us directly for approval of a return request.


We accept returned books from bookstores under these conditions:


  • Books are returned within 6 months of original invoice
  • Books are received in the same condition in which they were sent (each book is shrink wrapped).
  • All returns must be authorized. In addition, there is a 20% restocking fee.
  • We can give you credit for your order or cut you a check.
